A practicing chartered Accountant with an experience of more than 10 years. Last 4 years in private practice with specialization in Statutory audit, Tax audit, GST audit, Due Diligence and Consultancy.
In the past he has worked as a Manager in the Transactions team in KPMG Chennai, India. He has been involved in a number of transactions doing buy-side due diligence, vendor assistance and vendor due diligence engagements for MNCs, domestic corporates and Private Equity houses.
Prior to that he worked with Deloitte Haskins & Sells in Statutory Audit division and has significant exposure in manufacturing and IT service industries.
